Hearing in Superior Court

Judge Anne Egeler's Courtroom

The superior court case is still alive because the superior court judge has to make a decision, even though we did win in the Court of Appeals. This hearing will involve our request for the judge to finish the case for us in a way that is consistent with our win in the Court of Appeals.
