Hearing in Superior Court

Judge Anne Egeler's Courtroom
The hearing will involve our motion to amend the complaint to add the claim that the mayor must get a permit from the state archaeology department (not just the local historic commission) before doing anything to the tree. This claim has been present in our lawsuit all along, but it was not spelled out in the original complaint due to the fact we had to write the complaint in an emergency in May 2024 and had no time to research all the laws that applied.
